  • Unused and Unopened Products: You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping fees.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods such as loose yerba mate or tea bags, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

b. Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

c. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
